The Intensive Training CAMP for Hunting Wear Teamwork was conducted by Taian Bowins Garment Co. Ltd. in Culai Mountion National Forest Park on October 22th, 2016. More than 40 colleagues from camo hunting gear design, production, quality assurance and marketing department took part in the CAMP.
The famous Nuggets trip for teamwork training was directed by lecturer Li, the man who is famous for teamwork training. He dressed the blue hunting vest standing in the middle. The attendants were divided into 6 groups, each group was composed 1-2 people from different department in order to enhance the close corporation among different departments. The main objective was acquired as many golds as possible with limited time and resources. Through the trip, we learned the importance of cooperation. In fact, we should cooperate with our partners to win in the competitive camo hunting gear market. Everyone enjoyed and learned a lot from this training.
