In this article, we will outline the following 9 steps you would better to follow when you place order for hunting clothing products.

  1. Confirm style

Confirming hunting clothing style is the first step in placing bulk order. Hunting clothing styles generally include three aspects. The first is the structure of the garment, namely the shape and performance of the garment; The second is the component of the hunting garment including pattern, color, collocation, logo, etc; The third is clothing texture, that is, the type of fabric selected, whether it is breathable, waterproof, hidden, etc. According to our experiences, when you determine hunting clothing styles, you must also consider such factors as competitive styles, target customers and markets, hunting objects, hunting environment and other factors. Hunting clothing style is the main factor that reflects your brand value, product price, sales volume and customer satisfaction. After the style of hunting gear is determined, BOWINS Garment knows your hunting clothing requirements. If you design your own hunting style, please give us with design parameters including dimensions, fabrics, accessories, labels, signs and other requirements,  and provide us accordance with process planning, calculation of delivery, cost, template production, production arrangements and quality control at the same time. If it is possible, please provide as much detail and information as possible to avoid misunderstandings.   1. Sampling and SamplesConfirmation

Before bulk production, we generally make 1-2pcs samples, which will be confirmed by customers. According to the samples produced by us, after you receive them, you can check and confirm the style, quality, size, process and other aspects of the samples. When sending samples, we will send out the material card at the same time. The material card generally contains fabric and accessory quality sample and labdip. By checking the material card, you can further confirm our sample quality.

  1. Confirm bulk order and place PO

After sample and material card are confirmed, we will quote according to the requirements and trade terms. At the same time, our company will also inform the payment terms and provide the delivery period. For orders quantity of 500-1000 pieces, the delivery period is usually 90 days after receiving deposit.  we need to verify the multiple orders, large quantities and special orders according to the production schedule of our factory. After order details are confirmed, please tell us your quantity requirements, size breakdown information, or complete PO and send it to us.

  1. Sign Contract and Pay Deposit

According to your order information, BOWINS Garment will send you invoice. The invoice will show the trade method, payment terms and delivery time we signed. After the invoice is confirmed, please arrange deposit to our company bank route. The deposit is usually 30% of the order. In special cases, we need to communicate and check.

  1. Pre-production SampleApproval

After receiving deposit, BOWINS Garment will prepare the technical data to arrange ordering materials. After all the materials arrive, we will use the correct materials to produce PP Sample (this sample is free). You can recheck the quality, color, style and other details, and can provide PP sample comments. The PP sample comments should be within three days of receiving sample. Pls send us by email,with confirmation of PP samples, our company will arrange bulk order per-production meeting, cutting and production.

  1. Bulk Production and Quality Control

During the period from the production of the bulk goods to the shipment, our quality control department will control the quality of the bulk goods in accordance with the confirmed quality. BOWINS Garment has a dedicated QC department, IE department, QC department has a total of 11 people. During the production of bulk goods, the QC manager will inspect the first, mid-term and final period of all the styles of each order, and issue an inspection report to assist the QC personnel to control and solve the problem throughout the process. For the taping styles, QC personnel will regularly carry out water pressure and water washing tests to ensure that the product waterproof meets the requirements. There are a total of 5 people in the IE department. Before the bulk goods are put into production, they will provide pre-production time accounting, process division, template production, etc. according to the style, to improve production efficiency.

7.Bulk final inspection

After the completion of the bulk goods, you can arrange the inspection according to the time, or assign a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods. If the customer cannot arrange the inspection, our company will carry out the inspection according to the AQL standard. AQL inspection methods and standards and our inspection report are as follows.

8.Arrange Loading and Shipping

According to the inspection results, BOWINS Garment agrees to release the goods that meet the international inspection standards. According to the contract we signed, we will arrange the delivery of goods by sea or air. According to the shipping schedule and flight information of the shipping company or airline, we will check with customer for confirmation. Once your confirmation, our company will arrange the delivery. In general, the shipping time is: 14-18 days to the US East, 25-35 days to the US West & Canada, 30-40 days to Europe, and Southeast Asia is 7-14 days, the shipping schedule to Oceania is 25-35 days. Generally, the time for air transportation is: 3-7 days worldwide. In case of emergency, you can negotiate with our company to change the mode of transportation.

9.Pay Balance Payment

If you choose ocean shipping method, after the goods leave the port, BOWINS Garment provides all shipping documents, generally including invoice, packing list,copies of bills of lading, certificate of origin, loading details, etc. If you need other information, please communicate with us.  After BOWINS Garment receives the balance payment, we will arrange to send the original bill of lading or send the released bill of lading by email. If the delivery method is air transportation, customer needs to arrange the balance payment according to the delivery documents provided by our company before the goods are booked.
